- Currently serve as the unit Information Management Officer(IMO) for 6th Signal Center, Korea Theater Network Operations Center (K-TNOSC), My areas of responsibility include, resolving end user computer, printer, e-mail, LAN connection, new LAN drops and account issues submitted via Remedy, analyzing Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessment(IAVA) reports and patching Vista workstations and printers to reduce or eliminate potential vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with Defense Information System Activity's (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). I am experienced in using REM and Retina to perform scans on workstation to verify the status and effectiveness of current patches applied.

Node Center Switch Supervisor

Responsibilities Include: Served as a Node Center Switch Supervisor in a deployed MSE company in support of I Corps and 22nd Signal Brigade; responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of on ON-306D(V)1/TTC-47D Switching Shelter, one M1037 HMMWV and one PU798 10 KW generator set valued in excess of $ 700,000.

- Completed the 25B (Information Technology) course at Fort Gordon, GA, where I studied basic computer and hardware installation and troubleshooting techniques for Vists, and Windows XP, introduction to UNIX, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server 2003, how to setup Microsoft Exchange, create user and admin accounts using Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC), CISCO routers and Switched, Basic and Advanced Access Control Lists(ACL), Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) along with how to trunk between differnt VLANs, CISCO router commands, and router command privledge levels from basic to global, the OSI model and how it relates to the different protocol stacks for example the tcp/ip protocol stack and the ipx/spx protocol stack, and VOIP technology.

- Completed the Battalion CPN course, was taught how to create VLAN's, sub-interfaces, studied the various routing and routed protocols used in establishing a LAN/WAN network, learned how to configure CISCO routers and switches to support VOIP services via Call Manageer Express (CME), Access Control LIsts (both basic and advanced), how to configue and load TacLanes, was taught how to troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN issues.

- Converted the Node Center's package switch circuit into an addional High Speed inter-nodal Data link, allowing the Node Center to carry a total of 13 data links instead of only 12 in support of our OIF mission, and added addional redundancy to our network.

- Worked with General Dynamics personel in converting two RAUs into super data RAUs, capable of providing phone and data support to end users in addition to being able to provide and an access point for Mobile Subscriber Radio Transmiter (MSRT) traffic.
